To manage employees and subcontractors to provide proper quality, and time for project completion, to identify the strength and weakness of workforce and take action to improve the performance.

HISTORY

NYC Construction Management was established in 2010 with the scope of providing as help to the owner/ contractor / investor to organize and plan their projects as each phase.
